Your house is BEAUTIFUL!!! With all we have had going on in our lives recently, I nearly cried when I walked in here. It’s just absolutely beautiful. And we truly needed this vacation. Main

Our home features a large and comfortable master suite with king-size bed, reading nook, TV, and a full bath with shower and double vanities.

The main floor also hosts a guest room with queen-size bed, a cozy den with a comfortable sofa bed (full) and smart TV, and a full bath with a shower/tub combo.

The warm and inviting open floor plan offers a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with granite countertops & kitchen island, dining area, and living room for you to relax in front of the electric fireplace or watching your favorite shows on a large smart TV.

Powerful Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. And the full laundry room means you won’t need to pack as much...

Take advantage of the large yard, patio with gas grill, and rear deck to soak in the sun, play with the kids, share drinks with friends or have diner al fresco.

Since it's your vacation, all linens are provided and the beds made for your arrival! Millville By The Sea is an award-winning resort community packed with amenities: 3 pools (one with splash zone), 2 fitness centers, 2 playgrounds, pickle ball center,  bocce courts,  fire pit, bike/walking trails, lake with kayak launch (bring your own), catch & release fishing, crab shack, and a gorgeous clubhouse w/ game room and pub (bring your bottle for fun happy hours!). They also offer a seasonal beach shuttle.

You can access the pools and clubhouse by bike (we share 6 of them + 1 for little kid), as well as enjoy miles of nature paths around lakes and villages

The $175 club registration fee also provides membership transfer for 10 during summer (children 5 and under are free).

Upstairs

The upstairs kids’ domain has 2 twin bunk beds, a futon, a large smart TV with Netflix and Disney+, board games, and a private full bathroom. Along with the garage set up as a game room with ping pong and foosball tables, your younger ones will stay entertained!

House rules

  • NO smoking
  • NO pets
  • 10 guests (children 5 and under don't count): 6 adults in downstairs bedrooms + 4 children in upstairs bunk beds (+ possibility to use upstairs futon or add a couple pack-n-play in master bedroom)
  • Minimum age of primary renter: 30 (current driver's license/passport required to execute the lease)
  • No events, parties, or large gatherings
  • Check-in after 4pm
  • Check-out before 10:30am
  • Quiet hours 11pm-7am
  • No person-to-person contact
What a beautiful stay, the children were delighted with their "private" room. We enjoyed the club house. We will certainly come back to discover more of the region.

    Casa Bella … beautiful home … and that’s exactly what it was. Down to every detail! The owner was lovely and easy to work with. It felt as if we were renting from a good friend. The beds are very comfortable. What a gift to have them all made up for us. No sheets to bring! We enjoyed using the deck, and our grandsons loved playing games in the garage. The pools are fabulous! The beach is a short 15 minute drive. Down to every detail, the house is charming, beautifully decorated, and very organized. It is a wonderful place to make memories with your family. We hope to return!

    What a beautiful house! Decorated with great taste, bright, spacious and perfectly clean. It feels like home, it’s comfortable, warm and welcoming. For Caroline, every detail counts.     Initial communication with the owner was seamless. Before I even booked, I peppered her with questions and she patiently and graciously answered each one - late at night no less!! The house was perfect for me and my daughter and three of her friends, (4-16yos). We were able to watch all of our streaming shows on all the TVs. The rooms were so comfortable and pretty. The girls never got bored because there were board games to play, and the garage had ping pong and foosball! We didn't get to enjoy the club house because there was so much to do at the house and in town. I am thinking this could be our home in Bethany because it was everything you needed and wanted in one place, and the owner was amazing!! Just book it and let your worries wash away.
